MAI TAI SPRITZ – $14

Bacardi Silver rum, Orgeat, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, lime, topped with prosecco.

PALOMA – $12

Sombra Mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and rimmed with tajin.

Barcade MULE – $12

Stateside Vodka, fresh lime juice, ginger beer.

BEE’S ELBOW – $12

Bluecoat gin and Barenjager honey liqueur with fresh lemon juice. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on ‘em. “Gimme five bees for a quarter,” you’d say. Now where were we? Oh yeah. JUNGLE BIRD – $12

Gosling’s Black Seal rum, Campari, fresh lime juice, and pineapple juice. Tropical and bittersweet, like reading a Charlotte’s Web on some faraway beach.

ROSE BLOOD – $12

Viking Blod mead, Four Roses whiskey and with orange bitters. Garnished with a cherry. Blod = Blood.

RUTGER SOUR – $12

Bourbon, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. If only you could see what I’ve seen with your eyes. It would be New Jersey!
